This is the second set of inserts that I own and they work great. I have bad feet and have had one operated on to remove a neuroma. They have prevented recurrance of the neuroma. I love them.

Thanks to these beauties I can use any shoes I want instead of having to go through the endless motions of checking if they have proper (extreme) high arch support. In other words they have liberated me and I can walk and walk without pain. They're still pricey though.

I returned this item the following day as I ahd ordered the wrong size. It has been three weeks and I have not heard from them. Can anyone help? These are great orthotics, as I have another pair. Can not say the same for the service.
